Hi Arnab, Congrats..! Yup. You cannot buy many things from Amazon.com that is shippable to India. Even if you wanted to, you have to pay the import duty which sums up more than the price you can get it in India. The only thing you can do is just to sell that Gift coupon in ebay(Which of course is not trusted one that the buyer can cheat you) or purchase something and import it(with more Tax)..;)

As a book you would recommend "clean code" and read a lot about design patterns, principles DRY, KISS and SOLID more difficult. And if possible, that interested you about Agile programming or extreme programming. And much code to read others, and good programmers, code reading others, you learn a lot.

It's boring , but they are the foundation ( the pillars , on which you lean on any language ) . How to deal with a problem , how to structure your code , as do the recursion , as refactoring , which is the encapsulation , dependence, inversion of control, dependency injection , and read many design patterns and anti-patterns (which are also errors learn ) Be clear about the concepts , it is less important to know the syntax of a language you know what you have to do , and because I have to do in a certain way . The syntax can look online , not knowledge . I mean, knowing that in a recursive function you always have to figure a way to escape, knowing it is a death grip , and how to avoid it , which is a race condition , such as a computer works internally , and understand how to run the threads, which is the parallel programming , how to synchronize processes or threads , etc, etc. . If you understand that, the syntax is not important, you know how to do it in c # as if it is in Python , or Java .
