About me: I'm an energetic and detail-oriented Help Desk Support Technician with 10+ years of experience in helping customers with software installations, providing technical support, and training new employees on how to troubleshoot issues, resulting in reduced escalations. I'm currently studying Web Application Development, and experienced at the novice level in PHP, MySQL, UNIX, Photoshop, Illustrator as well as proficient in JAVA, Windows, and Mac Operating Systems. I am very passionate about programming and problem solving and would like to work as an entry level front-end or back-end Web Application Developer to gain some real world experience while I pursue my BS degree in Computer Science.
